Romania is such a beautiful country! I was mesmerised by incredible landscapes, so varied and enchanting. Can't wait to go back to explore more!

Thank you, Cornelia, for taking our wish list of things to see and do and organizing them into a wonderful private tour. Your professionalism was greatly appreciated by my sister and myself. The accommodations with their variety in style and amenities were all very lovely and comfortable.
Our driver/guide Robert Terebesi was outstanding. His commentary was so interesting.
He selected amazing restaurants for their atmosphere and delicious food, as well as their beer and wine selections. He included additional points of interest, an extra art gallery for my sister, places for me to take pictures of wildlife. He even found a place to repair my glasses.
This tour provided us with beautiful memories of Romania's scenery, wildlife, history and culture.
As a birder, the Delta was a dream come true. The return to the Saxon villages of my parents' birth was very sad, yet they were special moments. We look forward to another visit to explore more of Romania.

We had an absolutely amazing time and loved the villages in Maramures. We can see why you fell in love with the place. We have done the same.

In the rush to get the tickets for the train and being dropped off myself and Sophie forgot to give you something to show our thanks. Is there anyway of getting a tip to you?

We were a bit disappointed not to meet you in Cluj to thank you for your collaboration and tell you about how our trip developed. Anyway we thought about contacting you once in Spain. I came back to work yesterday and I had you in my mind.
As I told Andrei, everything was perfect in our trip. We especially liked the guesthouses that I remember you recommended us so much. The food was delicious there (you were right) and we really appreciate the contact with Romanian people as we could ask them plenty of questions about the country. The owners were really kind with us; we did not expect that Romanians are so talkative and open; it was really a very nice discovery. Your Latin roots are evident โบ
We liked very much all the places we visited (landscapes are wonderful). We were shocked about the number of tourists in Sinaia!
We definitely enjoyed very, very much the Monasteries in Moldavia (by the way, the guesthouse in Vama was perfect), the Saxon villages and fortified churches, and Sighisoara and Sibiu which are magnificentโฆ
To sum up, we came back absolutely enchanted with Romania and now when I talk to my friends and colleagues about our holidays there, many are planning to visit you.
Thank you very, very much to make us discover in such a nice way and without any incident a part of your country.

We spent a really nice week in Maramures and Bucovina in a guided tour with Andrei of Pan Travel. We could enjoy the beautiful landscapes of these regions, the architecture of its houses, churces and monastries, but on top of all we apreciated the proudness of the people, still close to their traditions.
I will definitely recommend you as guide and Pan Travel as travel agency to anyone who may be interested discovering your Country (= Romania simply surprising).

Good to hear that the two โsausagesโ reached you safely, we do hope that they survive longer than your previous examples
Our trip to Romania already seems some time back, Clive is now in Crete until mid September and I have to return to work for a few more weeks although, we have many happy memories as well as enlightening times learning so much of the European history that alluded us in our school history classes all those years ago.
Thank you for all your patience and insight, making our trip so vibrant and full of vitality, just a pity we didnโt have the time to venture further into the north, perhaps next timeโฆ

We have arrived back home after a wonderful holiday in your beautiful country.
Thank you for organising an excellent and well planned itinerary which enabled us to see so many different aspects of Romanian life and culture in a 10 day tour; each day brought us new and interesting experiences and the distances between destinations allowed us sufficient time relax and enjoy the attractions.
The hospitality we received in each guest house was superb; our hosts were all very friendly and helpful. The guest houses were all located in beautiful countryside with lovely views; we could not have found them without your help. In each place we stayed we had a lovely room and enjoyed splendid meals. Please pass our thanks to all of our hosts; unfortunately we did not have the language skills to convey our appreciation as we would have wished. We would particularly like to thank Maria and Yon in Botiza. Maria is first class chef and many of the ingredients she used were fresh from their wonderful garden. We had the pleasure of eating all our meals in the garden and were treated as if we were members of their family rather than paying guests. Yon was most friendly and helpful, he even washed the car for us! We enjoyed his company and had some interesting conversations in a mix of English, French and hand pictures.
We made one variation to the planned itinerary by travelling on the Transfagarasan mountain road on our return journey to Bucharest; We would recommend this route; the scenery is stunning and the engineering achievement of its construction most impressive.
Please also thank Andrei for his friendly and helpful advice.
We would recommend Pan Travel to anyone considering a visit to Romania.

We found all you promised fulfilled, and it seems you thought about any possible detail.
The hotels reservations where made carefully.
The cruise was set, and my family enjoyed it very much.

Thank you SO MUCH for an incredible four day trip through Maramures earlier this month! It was an experience that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. As I describe my Romania trip to friends and family, the portion I continually describe with the most enthusiasm is Maramures.
So many guides simply drive people around and say things along the lines of "here's this building, it was built in...." You brought so much more to the trip than that. It was obvious that you enjoy people, and especially the people of Maramures. As you now know, I can be quite shy, your outgoing nature allowed me to experience SO MUCH MORE than I ever could have on my own. Meeting people, talking with them, being invited into homes - that was amazing.
Thank you again for such a positive experience. I can and will heartily recommend your services to anyone else headed to Romania.

I am sorry for not getting back to you sooner. We just came back straight to work and other obligations. Now at the weekend there is some time to write.
We enjoyed our tour in Romania very much. Everything was well planned. Only on the last day we did not have enough time for Sibu and the open air museum.
The accommodations were great. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere in the villages, and the beds and the showers in the more modern ones (at Rashnov, Rimetia,etc).
Our driver George, was excellent. He was very polite, nice, friendly and helpful. We have only good words to say about him. He was especially helpful finding the places we were looking for, the Jewish cemetery in Borsa, the house etc.

We have all arrived home safe and sound having had a wonderful time in your beautiful country, pity about the weather because we did not really have the correct clothes, it did not seem to worry the members they all said how much they enjoyed themselves.
Cristian was such a good guide he looked after us all so well the whole 10 days, please do thank him from me he made the trip interesting and enabled us to see so much even the mad idea when we wanted to visit a supermarket!
Also I must thank you so much for the gift of the book and plate that was very kind and the book especially will help people who took photographs in the Merry Cementry in Sapanta to find out what was written on the grave, I promised them I would check in the book.
I do have one comment to make that I hope you will not mind but we were really offered too much food (for British people I should add). Most of us would only have a small snack at lunch time when at home so felt terrible that we were sending plates back to the kitchen with only half the food eaten. I am sure we must have upset the cooks and we are very sorry.
Thank you also for all the trouble you took to arrange the tour.

Our holidays were great!
We had a great time in all of the Guesthouses and the landscape is beautiful. I was surprised how fresh the air can be so near to Cluj ,)
Everything almost everything went like it was planned, we got picked up for Chiscau, found all the busses with your description and the help of the hosts without problem.
Only on the 2nd day after Pestera Ursilor we couldn't catch a bus before 18:30 but we just enjoyed on a second hand market for the waiting time. So we missed Cheile Ordancusii this day, but put it spontaneously the next after the Ice Cave, a very adventurous day.
It was relaxing and exciting and we really got so many new impressions.

Yes, we enjoyed the country and your company's services. It was the right choice for us. For me personally, the highlight is seeing how Rumania is progressing, after so many terrible years of communism.
